Hypocrite

My last post was about speed. Do I go to the gym and train speed? NO!!

WOD
12 DL 225lbs
20 bar dips*
5 rounds
rest 5 min between rounds

*last set was broken

Brian,

I like that many of your workouts are broken into intervals with rests rather than the usual "do all rounds for time". In my opinion, one of the weaknesses of the main page Crossfit WOD programing is its lack in workouts with rest between sets (although it is still great programming and will provide great results for anyone).

I'll have to try that deadlift/dip combo sometime.

The workout is modified Lynee.

I am more interested in strength over work capacity. I know my body and work capacities so I can plan loads and rest periods correctly. Crossfit is a great general program, but still general.
